OBJECTIVES

1. To demonstrate and propagate latest technologies in science and technology for the benefit of human being and the environment.
   
   
2. To research and demonstrate through training for the overall development of the natural resources
   
   
3. To generate employment with the help of science and technology for the illiterate and unemployed youths by organizing survey and research.
   
   
4. To create awareness among masses regarding environment
   
   
5. To socially uplift the poor, landless farmers, menial workers, SC/ST and especially women through the application of science and technology.
   
   
6. To educate the people by undertaking activities on health, infectious, communicable and non-communicable diseases and its control measures thus promoting healthy living and civic sense.
   
   
7. To promote and exchange knowledge for sustainable development through poverty alleviation and gender awareness programmes in tribal and non-tribal areas of the country.
   
   
8. To aid or establish any institution or adopt means for imparting, promotion of any art, science or any other field of education, propagate for removal of social evils/customs.
   
   
9. To publish the achievements, success stories in the form of pamphlets, journals and books for awareness of all developmental and economic activities.
   
   
10. To impart training and extension work for the creation of co-operative societies, self help groups (SHG’s), user groups (UG’s), WSGS, Youth Groups (YG’s) and to extension workers for the effective implementation of economic sustainability in rural and other areas.
    
    
11. To accept any grants, gifts, donations and subscriptions, whether in cash or securities or any property either moveable or immovable.
    
    
12. To acquire assets from government/NGO’s/private institutions or management of any trust, fund or endowment of any Society having similar area of activities.
    
    
13. To provide consultancies to various institutions/ agencies/individuals on various areas of development to improve and develop organizational, managerial & operational efficiency.
    
    
14. To carry out all other activities for the accomplishment of the above mentioned objectives.
